As a registered training organisation, Canberra Business Academy is dedicated to the continued improvement of all our training programs to ensure expected outcomes are achieved. We gather participant feedback with user friendly questionnaires at the conclusion of each program. These questionnaires are used to measure outcomes and participant satisfaction.
