Our goals are simple: to ENGAGE, REWARD and EXCITE.
ENGAGE: Our participant focused programs are highly interactive and place a strong emphasis on active participation. Multi-sensory brainstorming is a regular feature as it ensures the participant is engaged in the session and the content is meaningful.
REWARD: Rewards ensure participants experience the concept of receiving ‘a return' for their efforts. They reinforce a sense of achievement and offer further incentive to achieve again. This, in itself enhances the participant's self-esteem and begins to develop self-confidence.
EXCITE: We encourage participants to develop an understanding of who they are; and who and what they could be, thus empowering them to build a future beyond their present expectations.

OUR EXPERIENCE
CBA have delivered a range of learning programs aimed to prepare and motivate jobseekers for job placement by improving their confidence, presentation and self esteem. The primary goal of these programs was to strengthen the ability of jobseekers to successfully win job placement and retain employment.
CBA's ability to achieve positive outcomes is documented by participant feedback and response given by Jemma Pack from Campbell Page Employment Services:
“They (the participants) emerged motivated and enthusiastic with improved interview skills, improved self-esteem and the necessary confidence to gain job placement. The program was invaluable….and resulted in five out of nine gaining full time sustainable employment.”
Soozie Gillies, General Manager of the Ngunnawal Aboriginal Corporation comments:
"The programs and trainers from CMA Training Group are sensitive to the needs of our clients. They make a huge effort to create rapport and are dedicated to ensuring positive outcomes for every participant.
