Training is a must for the professional Web designer. This program covers everything in the Certificate IV in IT - Websites, plus teaches a broad range of skills in website development including:
- Cascading Style Sheets(CSS)
- File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
- Visual and Interface Website Design Techniques
- Web Authoring using Adobe Dreamweaver CS4
- 2D Animation using Adobe Flash CS4
- Image optimization and graphic creation using Adobe Fireworks CS4
- Database Integration with SQL using PHP and javascript.
- Analysis of Technical, User and Client Requirements for Websites
- Website Documentation and Planning
Technical skills, including knowledge of specific technologies, various platform and specific web languages will be finely honed to enable you to develop highly sought after skills in this ever expanding industry.

This program commences in February 2010. The day-time study program runs for approximately 9 months. The evening program runs for 16 months, 1 evening per week. Participants are also required to undertake project tasks during non-contact hours.
